Canadian Strippers Hot Over Smoking Ban
Business Down By About Half

BRANDON, Manitoba -- Some Canadian strippers are hot -- over smoking.

The exotic dancers in Manitoba say a new no-smoking law is stripping them of their tips. Dancer Kimberly Horton says when people go out for a smoke, they take their tip money with them.

Horton, who's a smoker, says the second-hand smoke doesn't bother her. The city's ban on smoking in public places went into effect Sept. 1.

Chris Heywood, manager of Manitoba's only strip club, says his business is now down by about half.
